Rocky Point, Mexico

I aways get the order confused when I post. I would start at the bottom and work your way up. The Leach Boys
As the sun was going down the captain of the boat invited everyone to jump overboard for a quick dip. Kent, Andrew, and Matt were quick to jump in. Becca, Nathan, and Ashton weren't far behind. As for me, I preferred staying on deck were I didn't have to think about what was beneath me that I couldn't see. As it turned out, the captain of the boat got stung by a jellyfish when he jumped in. We were lucky no one else was stung.

More Rocky Point

One of the best thins about being down in Rocky Point was getting to visit with Matt's brothers and sisters. Nathan and Becca were down from Nebraska, so it was an extra special weekend.

Matt's dad set up for all of us to go out on a Catamaran to watch the sunset. I was nervous at first about getting motion sickness, but it never happened. Actually, no got sea sick. We all had a great time.
Becca gets more and more beautiful each time we see her.

Kami and Ashton pose down over the hamock. It was such a great time for all of us.

Rocky Point Mexico!

Going to Rocky Point was a very last minute weekend away. We made reservations from the car on the way down there Friday night. We weren't sure what we'd end up with for a place to stay. To all of our surprise the condo was beautiful! The pool was right off of our patio, which gave us a spectacular view.

Convention in Riverton, Utah

I was nervous about going to Riverton, because we were going to meet Matt's mom and family there. We had just found out I was 8 weeks pregnant, and I was battling the "morning, afternoon, and night" sickness. It was hard for both of us not to spill the beans, but we wanted to get more into the pregnancy before sharing.

Graduation Season!

The next weekend was my cousin Leah's graduation. We didn't make it to the graduation, but we did make it for the graduation BBQ. Actually, it fell at the same time as my cousin Tiffany's little boy's 2nd. birthday. So, it was a high school graduation/ 2nd Birthday Bash! My brother Clay and cousin Brandon relax in the pool catching up on missed time.
Little Alex celebrates his birthday by being the first one to swing at his humungus Sponge Bob pinata. It was about three times his size, but look at that swing stance. He is a born baseball player!
Mom sits back watching the volleyball game.

My sister-in-law Andrea and I attempt to play giant basketball. "Attempt" is the keyword. It's tougher than it looks to get that big ball in the hoop.

Weekend In Phoenix

It had been a really long time since we made a trip to Phoenix, so when Matt's family called asking us to come to a BBQ on Saturday in Gilbert we were happy to accept. If you know Matt and me we never pass up the opportunity for a weekend road trip. It was a fun, but very short visit. Matt and Logan each got a new toy race car.
Matt's baby sister, Nicole. She is getting so big and walking now!
The boys took some time away from their toy cars to cool off in the pool.
Matt shares his new toy with his step-sister Ashton.

Catching Up!

Logan's College Graduation from Northern Arizona University. The Construction Management
graduates all wore hard hats instead of the regular graduation cap. If you squint your eyes and look in the corner, you can see Logan. Congratulations Logan! The next day Matt, Mom, Denny, and I loaded up the dogs, Matt's dirtbike, and went hunting for some dirtbike trails on the west side of Flagstaff. We never found the right place, but we did find a nice place to rest in the shade for a while.

Who can resist a man covered in dirt with a smile like that?!

We Are Expanding!

As many of you have already heard, Matt and I are expecting a new family addition around January 18th! This ultrasound picture was taken at 8 weeks. We are now at 14 weeks with 26 left to go.
