New Family Addition

Matt finally let me bring my dog Sidney over from my parents' house in Flagstaff. She is doing great at transitioning into a city dog from a country dog.
Her first weekend in Las Vegas I took Sidney to Lake Mead. It was both of our first times at Lake Mead. Can you believe I've lived in Vegas for three years and just went to Lake Mead for the first time? The water was cold, but that didn't keep Sidney from wanting to jump in.

Flash Backs

In December we took a trip down to Puerto Penasco for five days. We had a relaxing trip full of good food and taking naps. It was cloudy and cold for a lot of the trip. The one day we had sun, we spent it down at the pool soaking up some rays.
Matt smiles for the camera on Christmas morning. He was excited to see that he was on Santa's good list, and he did not get coal this year. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! We celebrated New Year's Eve in Flagstaff at Mom's house. We had friends from Phoenix and Flagstaff there. We had lots of fun playing cards all night.

This is a new way to ride in, or "on" a Sheriff's Department vehicle. A family friend got his vehicle stuck in some snow on New Year's Eve. We aren't quiet sure how it happened, but most of us got a good laugh out of it.
In December, Matt talked me into buying a new vehicle. The cats
thought the luggage rack was their personal podium.

I got a horrible burn around my mouth the morning of the wedding. I had to have my face airbrushed to cover the bright red sores. It felt disgusting and cracked if I smiled too much. What we do for pictures!

Spring is here!

Again, it's been a long time since we've posted anything on here. Things have been busy for us here, as always. I don't think we would know what to do with ourselves if things slowed down. Matt celebrated his 23rd birthday yesterday. I told him I'm not celebrating any more birthdays until he catches up with me. My sister got married last month here in Las Vegas.
